Route is an optional shipping protection service you can add at checkout. For a small fee, it covers your order against loss, damage, or theft in transit.
If something goes wrong with your delivery, Route handles the claim directly — they’ll either reship your order or issue a refund. You can file a claim at route.com using the tracking ID sent to your email.
If you added Route Shipping Protection at checkout, you can file a claim directly at route.com. Check your inbox for a Route email with your tracking ID — you’ll need that to start the claim.

We ship via USPS and UPS. We don’t offer FedEx at this time.
If you’re in a remote area with limited carrier coverage, reach out to us at service@stg.lotilabs.com and we’ll see what we can work out for you.
We ship domestic orders via USPS and UPS. Available options:
• USPS First Class – Estimated 3–8 business days
• USPS Priority – Estimated 2–3 business days
• USPS Express – Estimated 1–2 business days (often overnight, though not guaranteed)
• UPS Ground – Estimated 2-7 business days depending on your location
• UPS 3-Day Select – Estimated 3 business days
For USPS Express orders, we get your package to the post office before 2 PM EST to maximize the chance of next-day delivery.
At this time we do not ship internationally.
All orders ship from our fulfillment center in Florida.
